Apartments Deveron are located on the south side of the island of Hvar, in the small fishing and tourist town of Zavala. The island of Hvar is also known as the sunniest Croatian island with as many as 2,715 hours of sunshine per year. Its southern side and the town of Zavala have a special microclimate suitable for people with respiratory problems (asthma, allergies). Apartments Deveron are located right next to the sea (approx. 70m - first row from the sea). . During the hottest days, you can enjoy the shade of the pine forest with the sound of the wind and the chirping of crickets. There is a fireplace in the garden. The nature and surroundings in Zavala, in the Deveron apartments, are an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, especially for families with children, older people, but also for guests tired of everyday city noise and crowds. Apartments Deveron are designed as separate apartments, with an independent entrance. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and toilet, a large terrace with a view of the sea.

Payment and terms
On the day of departure, please leave APP by 10:00 a.m. On the day of arrival, APP is free from 2:00 p.m. Advance payment for stay is 30% of the total amount. The beginning and end of the stay in the main season is FRIDAY. Arrival and departure out of season - by arrangement. FINAL CLEANING. 40.0-50.0 eur. ADDITIONAL PERSON: 10.0 - 15.0 eur/day. The reservation is considered confirmed after an advance payment of 30% has been made. Payment for reserved accommodation is made on the first day of arrival. Payment for the apartment is only possible in cash.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The amount of the advance payment is returned only in case of cancellation of the reservation at least 60 days before arrival. In case of untimely cancellation or non-arrival of the guest, the advance payment is retained. The guest is obliged to inform us about the change of arrival date or late arrival (after 9:00 p.m.). In case of later arrival than booked (the next day), or earlier departure, the guest is obliged to pay the amount for the entire reservation period. We advise you to take out a cancellation policy with the insurance company of your choice. The guest is obliged to report any damage he caused, in case of property damage. The guest is obliged to compensate for the resulting damage. We are not obliged to bear responsibility in case of theft, accident or damage to property or persons, nor to take responsibility for damage caused by thunder, hail, fire... We advise guests to insure their property with an insurance company. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
