It is approximately 25 minutes away from the town centre in walking distance ( some 800 m), and in only 10 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beaches of the town of Zadar, called Uskok where you can enjoy the abundance of sun and a crystal-blue sea. The beach is equipped with deck chairs. In front of the apartment there is a bus station for public bus to take the guests to the centre of the town if they decide not to walk.

For confirming the reservation we need advence payment of 30% and the rest is to be paid at the day of your arrival. Prices are listed for 2 persons, so for third person this price increases for 35 EUR a night. Sojourn taxes of 1,00EUR person/night are not included in the prices. Cleaning fee (for final cleaning) is not included in the price and it will be charged 60 EUR per stay. Check in time flexible from 14,00 pm-22,00 pm. Check out strict before 10,00 am.

Our stay in this apartment was truly extraordinary. The location is perfect - located in a quiet place right next to the sea, and the distance from the center is only half an hour of a pleasant walk along the coast. The apartment is impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating, and gave us great recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. We especially want to praise the owner, who is wonderful and was extremely easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the most sitting on the balcony and drinking morning coffee with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a small shop nearby, just a few minutes' walk away, and Lidl is about 20 minutes away on foot. Also, in the immediate vicinity are two smaller beaches that can be reached in ten minutes on foot, as well as several restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a meal or a coffee. All in all, this was the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay by the sea.
