Apartment Noa is located in the elite location of Borik, right behind the Falkensteiner Hotel. From the apartment to the center of Zadar is 3 km or 10 minutes by car. Next to the apartment there is a bus stop, a restaurant, a coffee bar and a pharmacy. All beaches are within walking distance: Borik beach is 5 minutes away, Uskok beach is 10 minutes away, while Puntamika beach is 12 minutes away. Marina Borik is also at a walking distance of 6 minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor, has one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a corner sofa with an extra bed. In every room there is a flat TV and wireless internet as well as air conditioning. Around the entire apartment there is a balcony with a view of the sea. A parking space is provided next to the building. Smoking is prohibited in the building, while smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Pebble beach We offer a baby feeder as well as a crib with a blanket, dolce gusto capsules for the coffee machine, hair dryer, shower gel and hair shampoo. We also offer an electric grill. A welcome drink is included in the price as well as beach towels. For a longer stay, the price includes a change of bed linen and towels.
The apartment is very nicely decorated with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Close to all facilities and above all clean and tidy. My recommendation and we will definitely come again. We look forward to coming again.
