Apartments Iva are situated on a slightly elevated location in the urban villa 2.5 km from the Old Town. In addition to free wi-fi and private parking, in the 2 larger apartments you will find modernly decorated rooms with air conditioning in each of them (3 climates per apartment), stylish living room / kitchen, LCD TV, spacious a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view, a modern bathroom with a shower, etc. The larger apartments consist of 2 bedrooms, a double bed in one and a bed for 1 person that stretches into a bed for 2 in the second bedroom. Sofa in the living room can be folded into an additional bed if needed for 2 additional persons. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher (1 apartment) ... The studio has a smaller space, 25m2, spread over 2 floors, and is accommodated for 2 people. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed on the upper floor, and a kitchen and bathroom on the bottom. All apartments are newly renovated.

When making your reservation, you must pay an advance of 30% of the total amount, the IBAN account number or PayPal. You can also pay the rest of the amount at check-in. Also, we require a deposit of 200EUR as an insurance in case of potential damage to the apartment. Deposit is returned at check-out on the day of departure. Also, please keep in mind that you are in a villa with multiple apartments, and other guests, and stick to the house order.
