Arbanasi is a quieter place near Zadar (don't expect beaches full of fast food, cafes, restaurants and the like). You can walk to the city center along the beach in about 20-30 minutes together with a small four-year-old child. Beaches are within walking distance. The accommodation was the most beautiful and best equipped that we could see in many years. The apartments are beautiful, clean and very comfortable. You will find everything you need including spices, cleaning products, lots of toilet paper and spare towels... really anything you can think of. The place is also suitable for small children. The hostess is very nice and accommodating, upon arrival a fridge full of all kinds of cold drinks was waiting for us, which we greatly appreciated. This accommodation is really beautiful, we definitely recommend it and look forward to our next visit! Thanks!

Great apartment, spacious, well equipped and perfectly clean. Senka was extremely generous host, we felt more then welcomed, she even made us a tasty homemade dinner. Apartment is great for small kids with everything you would need for baby/toddler (bath, bed, potty, high chair). Beach is near and really nice. There is a small shop just around the corner, which is very practical. Windows to the kitchen can slide completely to the side and that nicely connects kitchen to garden, where we spent most of our time. We would definitely come again, our stay was perfect. Fantastic place for holidays with children in Zadar. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and even more. Individual air conditioning in each room gave full comfort with small children. Two bathrooms provided comfort. The apartment is located close to several descents to the beach. There is a playground for children within walking distance, and a shop just around the corner where you can buy the most necessary products. The apartment is very clean and ready to arrive at any time. The owner was wonderful and helpful, she treated us with local cuisine, which tasted delicious! We spent our holidays in different apartments and in different countries, but none was as prepared as The Hobbit. I would highly recommend!

I recommend this apartment. It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, utensils and lots of other things that were useful during our stay). Beautifully furnished apartment (two bedrooms, living room kitchen and a fantastic terrace). We lived very comfortably. Very nice and helpful owner who cares about every detail, which is a huge plus for me. The apartment has a great location. We will definitely be back.

You will immediately forget about the several-hour journey and you will be enchanted by the esprit and fragrant atmosphere of the new, stone house with outdoor blinds, blooming flowers, cozy "cellar" with beautiful photographs that will take you back to ancient times. Here you can relax with a book or grill with your family. The friendly, bright and helpful lady owner will be happy to answer all your detailed questions, help and advise. I honestly write for such excellent, high quality, we did not sleep anywhere for a long time. Design, soft bedding, several pillows, quality mattresses and air conditioning guarantee excellent sleeping comfort. The bathroom is very spacious, design, the shower does not lack shower gels, large and small shower heads, plenty of soft towels and bath towels. The kitchen also has all modern comforts, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Beautiful chairs, in the optics of the old, stylish.
