Dear guests, With dedication to work and communication at a high level, I offer you well-equipped apartments in Zadar and the surrounding area at a decent price. The facilities are located near the sea/beach, nearby are a shop, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop, restaurant, coffee bar and other amenities that enable you to have a pleasant stay. The price of the apartment includes: wifi, parking, air conditioning, tourist tax, bed linen, towels (bath towels). Since the apartments belong to my family and friends, the guests will always be greeted by someone, even when I (Mario) am not at home. Of course, I will come to meet all the guests personally and I am at your disposal for all questions, both before the reservation and during the stay. Payment and terms
Dear guests, The down payment is 30% and is paid to the bank account (I will send you information about the bank account when you choose the apartment and the date of stay). You pay the rest in cash (in euros) when you arrive. We do not limit guests with restrictions related to Covid-19. My accommodation is available for all people equally. For more information about the price and conditions of accommodation, you can always contact me by e-mail. Check-in: after 3 pm Check-out: until 10 am Pets are not allowed. Smoking cigarettes is only allowed on the balcony/terrace, not in the house. Each apartment has a balcony/terrace. I look forward to your inquiries! A Family-Friendly Retreat with a Sea View in Zadar

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment. The location is near to the beach and a little bit outside from the city centre , so rather quiet. We enjoyed that mix and would totally book the apartment again when coming to Zadar. What makes it even more special is Marios outstanding hospitality , be it restaurant recommendations or support with just any questions we had. Thanks for the wonderful time !

Thank you for everything, we are very satisfied with our vacation in Croatia, Zadar (Borik), between August 3-10. Mario is a very, very nice managing director, he found a dream apartment for us (a family with 2 children and a small dog), only 100 meters from the sea! 100% recommend !!!!!!
