You pay the price difference when you arrive. On the day of departure, you return the key to the apartment and we say goodbye.
Residential tax is included in price.Advance payment refund in the amount of 50% of the paid amount is possible within 24 hours of payment. We lose new guests, and you lose 50% of the paid amount.
