Denis Apartments are located in a quiet location in the Diklo area of Zadar. Surrounded by a large courtyard with landscaped green areas, a parking lot for guests and a grill. There are 5 apartments in the house. On the ground floor there are two-room apartments AP1 (ID:29198) for 4 people with an outdoor seating area behind the apartment and AP2 (ID:29199) for 4 people which has a covered outdoor area with benches and a table next to the apartment, and one-room apartment AP3 (ID:29200) for 2 people in front of which there is a covered table with benches, which are also for the guests of that apartment. On the 1st floor there is AP4 (ID:29201), a one-room apartment for 2 people, and on the 2nd floor there is apartment AP5 (ID:41440) for 2 people, both with a balcony and a sea view. All apartments have air conditioning. The nearest beach is about 250 meters away. The beach has gravel and pebbles, and you can find protection from the hot summer sun right next to the beach in the shade of a pine forest. As a family of three, we are staying in the apartments of the Vrkić family for the third time and we have only words of praise. Reasons for satisfaction are many, the apartments are spacious and tidy, have everything a person needs for life (refrigerator, freezer, oven, TV, air conditioning, all credit to the mosquito nets because they mean a lot to us,…), very reasonable price, spacious parking and they would point out the well-meaning and warm owners Mrs. Ivka and Mr. Pavle. It is not difficult to find people on the Adriatic who ask for large sums for bad apartments, here you will get more for your money, the word greed does not exist here. Any praise for keeping the yard clean and tidy, rarely to be seen. We wish the owners a healthy and long life so that they can come to their apartments for a long vacation.

One of the few houses in Dalmatia with lots of space and greenery around and in front of the house, which gives one a special sense of comfort. The apartment itself is full of light, the layout in it and the furniture is good for the price, TV could be bigger, raising the scale of "Best Buy Apartment" The distance to the beach is well defined (4-5 minutes on foot), it is not crowded in the street that leads to the beach, the maintenance of that street and the public environment where I passed by the utilities of the place is a disaster ... messy and dirty. The beach is neat and although it could be better, there are lots of chicks that nobody buys-clean. The proposal is to increase the parking coverage and rent the "empty " garages they own, optionally to introduce a microwave and washing machine.

We visited Croatia for the first time this year and by chance came across this object. For the situation see a rating below. We were welcomed friendly and with our children there were no problems. On the subject of barbecue: this "belongs " to the 2 front apartments, as they have no terrace or balcony. However, I'm sure that you can talk to anyone about everything and thus can also share this. All in all, we had a great relaxing holiday and also booked for 2019.

The house is located in a nice location. She is beautiful, pleasant and pure. You can reach the beach which is suitable for children in less than 5 minutes. There is no public toilet but there is a cafe on the beach that allows the use of a 5 kn fee. On the beach there is enough shade all day so it is suitable for small children and those who do not like too sunny. The very city of Zadar is very close to me, it is 4 km away and is a beautiful city. What you can not conclude with the picture is that all this yard is full of greenery and the shade that seemed perfect to our children can not be used. At each approaching the children's green area we were warned and this was pretty insensitive. Likewise, on several occasions, we were told that our children were too loud. Every apartment has the right to grill .... just do not bother with this nice picture of a covered wooden table because it belongs to apartments that do not have their own terrace therefore does not come in a grilled package and is not in that sense commonly. It's not just a matter of knowing it just after you sit down
