Our house is located in a quiet area, a 20-minute walk from the center. You can swim at the beach next to a house, and near the main beach Kolovare and rocky beaches in the pine forest. The bus station is're 50 meters from the house.

to be able to describe the feeling of sitting in this green oasis on this roof terrace, enjoying the view and the tranquility and watching the ferries, even cruise ships, go by. There is no better place in Zadar to relax. We've been coming here since I was a kid now. The Kalmeta family is so hospitable. You have everything in the vicinity. A visit to the Riva restaurant on the street is a must. The old town of Zadar is so indescribable. A second home. Thank you Vera for always letting us come! Marina and Uwe from Germany!!

Apartment clean and tidy, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Great location - right on the beach, approx. 15 minutes on foot from the main station in Zadar, approx. 25 minutes from the center of Zadar. Close to a well-equipped supermarket. The owners were helpful and friendly. I recommend!

My family, my husband, me and our daughter (30 years old) spent a week in a cozy place, the apartment is spacious, the view is lovely and the beach is really across the road and quite private. We had a designated car park. We enjoyed it nicely and hope to return to that apartment. Thank you very much!! Hope

My husband and I spent a most wonderful fortnight in August and really enjoyed a fantastic time. The view is beautiful! All amenities close by, and especially the beach. We will return there again very soon and recommend the place without any hesitation whatsoever. The hosts were most hospitable and very helpful.
