The house is in a great location next to the Borik Campsite, only 30 m from Borik Beach and 100 m from Diklo Beach. In front of the house there is a shop, many restaurants, cafes, sports facilities, amusement park for children, pharmacy. There is free public parking in front of the house. The beaches are neat, clean with lots of shade. All amenities are nearby so you don't have to use the car at all. You can reach the center of old Zadar by a 40-minute walk by the sea or by bus 200 meters from the house. Prices are affordable.

We stayed here, everything was great, just for a short time. Shop across the street. In the morning, while my children are sleeping, I go for a hot breakfast, the beach is close, it's as cool as you want, I recommend it to people with small children. We have already booked for the occasion. Aunt Branka is a very good woman, she is always there for us, we have gained such a beautiful friendship. Children don't want to go anywhere else, only here! Due to a combination of circumstances, my sister and I chose Zadar for our vacation this year. We found the apartment at the last minute and absolutely all the recommendations for Branka and an apartment that provides comfort for a stay with small children. The apartment is extremely clean!!! And it is equipped with all the necessary things for the functioning of a family with children! The proximity of the market and one of the most beautiful beaches in Zadar, especially for small children and children who have not yet learned to swim, make the vacation a real vacation. There is a parking lot in the yard of the house, so if someone comes with Serbian license plates, they can be completely calm. In the end, I would like to mention that during the eight days of the stay, the use of ekavica did not cause any discomfort anywhere in Zadar, so it remains an absolute recommendation for all those who want a peaceful vacation without too much stress and excitement!

I liked everything very much, the apartment is near the sea, as stated in the ad. The apartment is well-groomed, the yard is always clean, the hostess is friendly, she came every morning, if there were questions, she helped to solve them, she always answered SMS quickly. The apartment itself has everything for relaxation, like utensils for cooking, and everything for the bedroom and bathroom. The sea is excellent, but we came for the sea.
