The apartment reservation is made via e-mail and is confirmed by a deposit of 20% of the total price of the stay. The remaining amount of the reservation is charged 10 days before arrival. Children of all ages can stay in the property, and a cot is available for children aged 0-3 free of charge upon request. Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed in the property.
