The house has an equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher, hood, microwave, coffee maker), living room (TV, air conditioning, sofa bed), three bedrooms and two bathrooms (washing machine, iron, hair dryer). There are two parking spaces next to the building. The spacious terrace with barbecue is ideal for enjoying a healthy environment and a pleasant climate. The ferry port is 13 km away, and a ferry and a boat to Zadar depart from it every day at regular intervals of one hour, and the ride takes 20 minutes. The island of Pasman is 35 km away and is connected to Ugljan by a bridge. The island of Ugljan is known for its lush Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful bays and beaches, the sea of extraordinary purity and various sports facilities (cycling, hiking). A very nice, clean and comfortable house in a quiet environment, a few minutes from the beach, with a wonderful spacious terrace, barbecue equipment and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The hostess is very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay, both in the house and in the town of Čeprljanda itself.

We spent one of the most beautiful holidays in Dida Iva's house. In the pictures we really liked the house, and live it is even more beautiful. Very neat and clean, comfortable and it was a pleasure to stay in it. We definitely recommend visiting Činta Bay and Suha Beach. We look forward to staying again.
