If the guest cancels the reservation up to 30 days before arrival, the advance payment is refunded in the amount of 50% of the amount paid. After that, the advance payment is not refundable. If the reservation is canceled due to COVID-19 (with confirmation), the advance payment is refunded in the amount of 100% less manipulative costs.
