A beautiful holiday home in an exceptional and peaceful location in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the beach. It is located on the island of Čiovo, district of Miševac, and is less than 2 km from the center of Trogir, which can be reached by a nice path along the sea. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a landscaped garden with a grill and a summer kitchen, a garage and another parking space in front of the house. In the living room there is a corner sofa that can sleep 2 more people. The house has 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and 2 large terraces, one of which is covered. The house is rented in its entirety and there are no other guests except you.

Payment and terms
An advance payment of 30% is made after a successful reservation as a confirmation of arrival, and the rest in cash on the day of arrival. Final cleaning costs EUR 70 and is also charged on the day of arrival. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00. Check out is until 10 o'clock.
Residential tax is included in price.

Vacation

We vacationed in August 2024 in this fantastic place. Comfortable and cozy for 8 people. The house was equipped with everything we could wish for. The proximity to the sea, comfort and peace were unparalleled. We heartily recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this house for people who need peace and quiet. We were 2 families with children and we are very pleased with the location close to the beach, equipment, cleanliness. Meals and time spent on the terrace overlooking the sea are priceless!
