Payment is only in cash in €. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. Payment of the deposit means confirmation of the reservation. Check in is from 14:00 -23:00. Check out is until 10:00. I am available every day. You can contact me by phone or on Whats app. If I cannot solve the problem immediately, someone from my family will take care of it or I will come to you as soon as I get home from work.
Residential tax is included in price.The deadline for free cancellation of the reservation and refund of the entire deposit is 30 days before arrival. After that, we keep the advance payment. In case of illness, hospitalization, closed borders or death, we return the advance payment.
