The apartments have balconies, and the apartment on the ground floor has a spacious terrace. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, and a kettle. SAT TV, WIFI are available in the apartments, and each apartment has its own air conditioner. There are parking spaces in front of the house and, on request, a mooring for a boat.
