Only a few steps from the sea, in a Dalmatian town near Zadar, is the holiday house Korina. It is located in Sukošan, halfway from Zadar to Biograd na moru. Located right next to the sea, surrounded by a pine forest and illuminated by the sun, Sukošan is ideal for everyone who wants to spend a vacation closely connected with nature, the sea and its rhythm. Pebble beach, beach club, basketball court, rent a jet ski, beach volleyball, you can find all this not even a hundred meters from the house. The shop is 50 meters away. The 10 km long trail over Tustica hill through typical Dalmatian maquis is 500 meters from the house. From the top of the hill there is an excellent view of the entire Pašman and Zadar canals and Ravne Kotara on the other side. In the large green yard there is parking for 4 cars, a large grill and a table for 6 people. The host has a tradition of continuously renting out the house for over 45 years.

The apartment is very neat, clean and spacious. We had the house to ourselves and we are very satisfied. The yard in front of the house is beautiful and spacious, safe for children and pets. There is also a large parking lot in the yard and the location is excellent. The beach is 2 minutes from the house, where there is also a cafe and a playground for children. The owners are very kind and willing to help. Warm recommendations!

Shop, ATM, bakery (2 minutes). about 15 minutes walk wild beach in pines. about 30 minutes from the house path to the viewpoint at the top. To sum up, a nice place off the beaten track of sukosan, a good seat reservation for families with children, you can come with a dog. The hosts very nice and helpful.
