The house has two apartments and three rooms. The apartments and rooms are modern and tastefully decorated and located in a house that was completely renovated in 2014. In the courtyard there is a communal swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Each apartment and room has its own air conditioning. Our apartments and rooms are 300m from the Zlatna luka beach, and 400m from the beach in the Dalmacija marina, and a 10-minute easy walk from the center of Sukošan.

Dear guests, welcome to our apartments and rooms in Villa Eva. An advance payment of 30% of the total price of the stay is required for the reservation. Guests' stay in the apartment or room starts at 4 p.m. on the first day of their stay, and ends at 10 a.m. on the last day of their stay. We recommend trips to the nearby National Parks Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, Plitvice, Lake Vrana and rafting on the river Zrmanja. Also visit the historic city of Zadar. The proximity of the islands, especially Kornati, and the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, makes Sukošan an ideal place for sailors.
