Apartments Matas are only a few meters from the beach! The private beach is quiet, well-maintained, with pebbles. The sandy beach is about 500 meters away. All apartments have one bedroom (studio apartment has only a living room), living room, bathroom, kitchen, terrace or balcony and are suitable for max. 4 people. All apartments have an area of 64 m2, two rooms (bedroom and living room / bedroom), except Ap. A2 (32 m2, maximum 2 people - bedroom / living room) are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a coffee machine. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine in the house. In the garden by the beach there is a garden shower and a barbecue. The apartments are fully equipped with cutlery, plates, bed linen, towels so you don't have to bring anything with you.

Concrete beach Apartments Matas A1 and A3 (for 4 people) and A2 (for 2 people) are located on the ground floor. Apartments Matas B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 (for 4 people) are located on the first floor, duplex type. A spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, as well as large doors to the terrace provide the perfect place to relax. In the apartments you will find everything you need for your vacation. The apartments are fully air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet, stove, refrigerator and dishes. The apartments consist of a bedroom (2 people), living room (sofa for 2 people), kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the Zadar archipelago. Apartment A2 is a studio for 2 people. If necessary, we also have a cot for children up to 2 years old.
