The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2021, modern apartments. The house has two studio apartments for up to four people, two apartments for up to five people. All apartments have a view of the sea with terraces that have a view of the sea. On the ground floor of the house is the apartment of the owner, who is available at any time for any questions. The house is located in a quiet part of town, first row to the sea, in front of the house there is a landscaped beach. There is a parking lot for guests behind the house in the yard. It is a 5-minute walk to the center of town, as well as to the first store. Paklenica National Park is nearby.
