Our apartments are located at the foot of Velebit, near the pine forest, and are very quiet. The beach is only 300 meters from our apartments, and nearby are also many restaurants, cafes, shops and sports facilities, as well as a pharmacy and a doctor.

Payment and terms
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out before 10am. The advance payment is 20% of the total amount of accommodation, while the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival in our apartments.

Cancellation policy
We understand that in the current circumstances, planning in advance is quite difficult, so we are ready to accept a full refund of the advance payment in case you cancel the reservation at least two weeks before your stay with us.

Extra offer
All our apartments and studio apartments are equipped with all necessary facilities: air conditioning, TV, wi-fi internet, cutlery, towels, bed linen, refrigerator, stove and oven. We have provided our guests with the use of an outdoor grill and a car parking space at no extra charge. Use of air conditioning is 3 € per day for studio apartments and 5 € per day for apartments, depending on whether you use it or not. We are happy to accept pets in Apartment 1 or Apartment 2, with a surcharge of 3 € per pet.
