In the place there are groceries and drinks, restaurants, cafe, post office, doctor, baker ... The facility is located a 5 minute walk from the supermarket, 1 minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant. In front of the house there is a concrete beach and in the immediate vicinity there is a pebble beach with cafe bar. A 10 minute car ride is a natural pebble beach with a buffet (ideal for small children). In front of the house, in the sea is a buoy (buoy) where it is possible to moor the boat free of charge. In Slatine it is possible to land a ship in the sea. Parking for trailer is NOT secured but can be solved. Trogir is 5, 5 km away and there are all the necessary facilities. From Slatina it is possible to go to Split or Trogir by boat. Boat trips last 30 minutes. From Trogir it is possible to go to various islands and day trips. Split is 20 km away from Trogir, connected by modern and new road.

Payments are made immediately after accommodation in the unit. Advance payment for accommodation is 30% of the total price. If guests arrive earlier it is possible to sit on the terrace with the hosts, refresh themselves and wait until the apartment is ready.
