The apartments are located in a family house on a private plot of 2000 m2 overgrown with Mediterranean plants, tangerines, oranges, lemons, figs and olives. Each apartment has a large terrace in the natural shade of vines with a table and chairs. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped, so all you need are beach and hygiene towels. Natural grass in the shade of an olive tree is suitable for small children to play. All apartments are air-conditioned. A common terrace of 150 m2 with a barbecue and a table in the natural shade of kiwi is available to guests for possible gatherings. An outdoor shower and sun loungers are also available. A fenced parking lot for vehicles is also provided within the grounds for all apartments. The nearest beach is 140 m from the apartment. The famous natural beach Kava is 3 km from the apartment. 5 minutes from the apartment is the pier of the tourist boat that connects Slatine with Split and Trogir several times a day.

After making the reservation within 5 days, guests pay an advance payment of 30% of the total price of the apartment to the giro account of the host. The rest is paid upon arrival. Departure no later than 10 a.m. and arrival no later than 2 p.m. If the guests arrive earlier, we receive them on the common terrace and, with a drink and acquaintance, in the shade of the vines, we wait for the completion of the cleaning of the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.If the guest cancels the reservation 30 days before arrival, 90% of the advance payment will be returned. For reservations canceled 15 days earlier, 50% of the advance payment is returned.

For guests staying for more than 10 days, we organize a free boat ride to the beaches on the other side of the island of Čiovo. Boat trips to the islands of Šolta or Brač are organized daily. Rental of bicycles, scooters and other entertainment facilities at sea are available. As part of the sports fields, there is also a children's amusement park. Restaurants, taverns and pizzerias next to the sea and the beach will make your stay in Slatine pleasant and unforgettable. Wondering why I don't have a pool? The pictures of my property would be much nicer if I had a pool. To me, that would be cheating the guest. My apartment is three minutes' walk from the sea. You traveled 1200 km to swim in a sea that is crystal clear and healthy, full of all the nutritious minerals your body craves. Instead, I offer you ordinary stale water, unhealthy, full of chlorine. If you want peace and rest in the apartment, you have the shade of an olive, fig, lemon tree and a regular shower.
3rd time here. Great spot, peace and quiet neighbourhood for couples or families with kids, very close to the seaside, great restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes ride to Trogir. Nice and clean apartments overlooking beautiful garden full of fruit and vegetables that you can taste each morning! Most wonderful owners we've ever met, Boris and his wife are warm and open people that made our holidays unforgettable!

When family Skoko we were already 7 times, and is planned already for 2017. Mr. Boris and Mrs. Mary are wonderful and very friendly. Quiet and clean. To Trogir from last year to drive the ship, it has no problems with parking your car.
