Stone house in the first row to the sea with 5 apartments. The house is situated in a quiet place Slatina on Čiovo. Large apartment on the second floor with 4 rooms for 8 people will enchant you with beautiful sea view which stretches from the terraces. The apartment has two bathrooms and three terraces. Four apartments are located on the ground floor and this year have been completely renovated. Each has one bedroom for 2 people and a large, comfortable sofa for 2 people in the living room. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and televisions. The house has a parking lot which is free for our guests. An ideal place for relaxing and socializing is a big garden that stretches over 3 levels. It is equipped with tables, chairs, swings, outdoor showers and barbecue for guests. The facility is located 5 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and just a short walk to the city center where are available various facilities. Staying in our apartments will give you a true experience of Dalmatia.

To guests booked accommodation in our house, you need to pay an advance equal to 20% of the total. Guests receive all necessary information for payment. Check in is after 14 and 00h chechout to 10 am. In the event that guests arrive early and the apartment is not ready, they can leave their luggage and take a rest in the garden with coffee or simply go swimming in front of the house. Although guests easily find our house, in case of problems can always call us on telephone number.

Beautiful beaches and bays on the island can be explored and rented brodovma.
As for the proximity to the sea, it was very good and the apartment looks OK too! Everything else was very bad, namely we came to rest, not to listen, as workers work on the construction site next to the apartment in the middle of the season. There was terrible noise on the floor above the apartment and some days we couldn’t sleep until 3 in the morning! One of the biggest problems is parking, which Ms. Ana solved only after 3 days of our quarrel with other guests from her apartments! So think before you book here, sometimes it pays to pay a little more but at least you know what you get for it!

Fantastic apartments. We were in 10 people. All as described. The owners were very nice and helpful. Perfect place for families with children as well as for young people. Very close to Split and Trogir, you can go by ferry. I recommend to everyone. We will definitely go back.

To the sea is 5m. Despite the proximity of the port it is peaceful and quiet. Apartment is clean. New equipment. There is a possibility of rest in the garden. The owners are very nice and kind people, always willing to help. We will definitely come back next year.

Apartment just a few meters from the most beautiful beaches in Slatina, it's good when you have small children. The apartment is located at the end of a quiet street. The establishment is new, all renovated, beautiful kitchen, oven and air conditioning . Crystal clear sea, the mountains on the horizon. I really liked the large garden behind the house with olives and figs. From Slatine is near to Split and Trogir - a beautiful historic cities with an amazing atmosphere - nice boat trip. Sandi is very kind and helpful and her family too. Next year again!

Clean sea, accommodation at the end of a quiet street right by the beautiful beach, just a few meters away, which is great with small children. In the apartment everything is new, the whole apartment is renovated. I really liked the big garden with mature fig and olive trees with barbecue. Excursions to historic Trogir and Split. Very nice and friendly landlady. Beautiful holiday, liked it there so much that next year going there again.
