Payment and terms
Apartment reservation is 100 euros. The rest of the money is paid to the giro account 15 days before arrival. Arrival time from 5:00 p.m., and departure time until 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival at the facility, an advance payment is taken in case of damage to the apartment. The advance payment is 200 euros.

Cancellation policy
If the user cancels the reservation of the apartment or does not arrive at the reserved time, the paid reservation for accommodation in the amount of 100 euros is not returned. Upon the user's departure, and after inspecting the apartment, the advance payment is returned to the user.

The house has been rented for over 20 years, and until now we worked with the Interhome agency, where we had excellent reviews. We decided to start renting each apartment separately (there is a possibility to rent both apartments for up to 10 people).
