Pleasant, modernly equipped Sunag apartments are located in a family house surrounded by a garden. They are located in a quiet area of Šibenik-Vidica, a 15-minute walk from the city center. It is suitable for a quiet vacation, and at the same time it is very close to the events. Air-conditioned (air conditioners and central heating), with satellite TV, WI-FI, safe, washing machines. The facility includes a spacious terrace with garden furniture, a separate area with a barbecue and free parking. One-room apartment of 40 m2 with a separate entrance and a separate terrace. It is suitable for up to 4 people, it consists of a bedroom, a functionally equipped kitchen with a living room and a bathroom. Two-room apartment of 90 m2 suitable for up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with balconies, a living room with a balcony equipped with garden furniture, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet. Distance from the apartment to: city beaches 2 km, Hotel Solaris and Aquapark is 3 km, NCP marina 0.7 km, National Park Slapovi Krka

Payment and terms
Tourist tax is included in the price. The minimum number of nights is 3 nights, please pay before the date of arrival, or pay in cash on the day of arrival. When you arrive at the apartment, you must give us your identity cards or passports to register in the e-visitor. We issue you an invoice for the accommodation, which you pay in full. The accommodation prices listed in the invoice match the official price list. It is also necessary to submit a deposit of 80 euros for insurance against damage to the facility, at the end of your stay in our facility, if everything is in order, we will return the same amount. Due to Covid, we carried out additional disinfection of the entire facility and we continue to do so. We do not charge a fee for the final cleaning of the building, it is included in the regular price. We believe that apartment hygiene is normal and is the basis of quality service. The ideal arrival time is 15:00 and departure time is 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The amount of the advance payment is 20% of the amount of the accommodation price expressed in the invoice. If the guest cancels the reservation within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is not returned, otherwise it is returned in full.

Dear guests, The apartments are part of our house, we will welcome you and give you the keys to the apartment. Each apartment has a safe for keeping valuables, and the large apartment with 4 stars has a dishwasher in the kitchen. The whole building has central heating, suitable for rent and in the winter months, there is a carbon monoxide detector. Please keep the windows closed while the air conditioning or heating is on. WI-FI wireless internet access is excellent and free of charge. The parking lot is in our yard, where you can park two cars, but which are of normal width (just not American type and not sporty low, due to the configuration of the terrain). Two cars can be parked in front of the building on the street, parking is allowed. Pets are not allowed. We have dogs and we would not want a problem to arise between our dog and the guests' dog. The guest accommodation is disinfected between each guest stay and is closed after cleaning. Welcome drink included in the price.
