The apartments of different sizes are located in a family house located in one of the nicer and quieter streets in Selc, a settlement that is part of the town of Crikvenica, only about 250 m or about a 3-4 minute walk to the sea and the beach. It is very easy to get to the house and it is not difficult to find it, by turning off the main road - the highway right after the bus stop, straight towards the sea. The house is about 350 m from the center of Selce, or about a 5-minute walk, where there are shops, Konzum market, post office, ATMs, pharmacy, tourist information center, restaurants, coffee bars, pastry shops, souvenir shops, port. A small shop is located about 100 m from the house. . There is also a small clinic about 100 m from the house. The center of Crikvenica is about 3 km away, which can be reached by a promenade along the sea itself. On the nearest beach there is a diving center only approx. 250 m away or a 3-4 minute walk from the house, and the beaches of Tunar and Poli mora are about 350 m from the house.

Payment and terms
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total price of the accommodation is required. The remaining amount of the accommodation price is paid directly in the house exclusively in cash upon arrival and check-in. Published prices are valid for 4 or more nights. For 1-3 nights, which are an exception when it is acceptable, the published price is increased: for a stay of 1 night 50%, for a stay of 2 nights 30%, for a stay of 3 nights 20%. Check-in: after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Only guests registered in a particular apartment may stay in the accommodation unit. The stay or visits of guests of other apartments in the house or any visits of other persons to the accommodation units or the environment of the house is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. We do not accept group reservations for staying in several apartments at the same time!
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
By paying the advance payment, the offer for the reserved period of stay is accepted and the reservation is confirmed. The rest of the price of the stay according to the accepted offer is paid at the house exclusively in cash immediately upon arrival and check-in. Subsequent changes to the accepted offer and confirmed reservation for the reserved period of stay from the offer are not possible. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation for any reason, the advance payment is a cancellation fee to the renter for the canceled reservation.
