Hello. It was our best vacation ever. Mr. Antun, with whom we stayed, was very nice already upon arrival, when he met us he immediately refreshed us with a nice drink, which he called gemišt - it was very refreshing. But the surprise came when he offered us the opportunity to use the private pool, which is next to the apartment. Our expectations were fully met when he told us that we could go on a day trip on his boat, which we did - he showed us the beautiful reef called Rot stein and also showed us the sights and ripening wine under the sea. I recommend the apartment Antun Štivič to everyone, it was great there and he also has a lovely wife and grandson whom we met. I give 10 out of 5 stars
The first time in Croatia and with 3 boys we were pleasantly surprised by the really very well equipped apartment, which had everything you need from the washing machine, stove and dishwasher. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent, heated pool, which is also immersed in bright colors in the evening and which the children used even in slightly cooler weather! In addition, the great hospitality of our landlord Antun, who not only served us fresh fish, but was also always helpful and in a good mood for his guests. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Antun for the great vacation that we were able to enjoy in his house!

This was our first time in Selce, and came across this property by accident. We actually only had 3 things that were important for our vacation in advance. 1. the proximity to the sea, preferably with a sea view 2. a clean pool, and 3. Shops, restaurants etc. can be reached on foot. And all three things really apply here, even more so. We stayed in the upper apartment, everything was clean and spacious, and from the balcony we had a fantastic view of the whole bay. The sunsets were really amazing. The relatively new and large pool is equipped with the best technology and offers super soft and clean water based on salt electrolysis (I did some research). For us and the children it was really great relaxation and a change from swimming and relaxing on the beach. Antun Stivic's apartment is estimated to be 35m higher than the beach below, although the short walk through narrow streets shouldn't be a problem for somewhat sporty people. It is about 300 meters to the main square at the harbor and there you will find everything you need for your daily needs. Bakers, supermarkets, ATMs, fruit stands, ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars, boat rentals and of course the beach promenade. We didn't use our car once in the whole week. In addition to the well-known beach sections, Poli Mora and Rokan Beach, Selce itself also offers a few "concrete" terraces and a pebble beach at the very southern end. So there is something for "every" taste. Of course, the best thing is to rent a boat and go looking for great beaches. We were allowed to do a boat trip with Antun to Krk across from Selce, already described in other reviews, and really enjoyed the lonely beach and the whole trip. We would like to thank our host Antun for the hospitality and help.

This was our second time with Antun, this time in a different apartment. Nice apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Krk., We love the Adriatic Sea and we love Selce. Complete equipment in the apartment from toothpicks to pan and all cooking utensils available if you want, including one lovingly A tavern on the ground floor of the house is available if you want to have a coffee in the afternoon by the beautifully built swimming pool. The apartment is on two levels, a small bathroom which is completely sufficient, washing machine and dishwasher, a gas stove for cooking and a large refrigerator. Coffee machine and kettle are also there, and what doesn't Antun enables. Two large covered terraces. Thanks to the friendliness of the host we sailed with his boat to the beautiful beach of Krk. We visited Vrbnik where we reached the highest road in the world. Selce is just worth the trip. Cafés, restaurants, but especially the city market, live every day. Mini-festivals, bazaars, music and entertainment until late in the evening. I recommend this city to everyone and above all I recommend the host Antun, he welcomed us very nicely and we are already looking forward to next summer in Selce and the dear Falilie Stivic. Of our years in Croatia, this is the best apartment we have stayed in so far. The welcome we received from Antun was great, it was already outside when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, richly equipped and fully met our wishes. The beach and the shops are close by. Although Selce is a small town, it is very atmospheric and cozy, rich in restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlors and souvenir shops. In addition to the stay, Antun also offered us a boat trip to the island of Krk. Unfortunately we had to decline this due to lack of time, but it is on our wish list for next year. On our last evening he organized a dinner for us and the other guests, which was delicious and super cozy. Thank you Antun!

Great, MEGA POSITIVE !!!! I will start with the fact that we were in Selce for the first time. We have been spending holidays in Croatia since 2008 and each time elsewhere and with someone else. This year it was a hit !!! First of all, the apartment is 100% compatible with the description, clean spacious, we were 5 people but it can easily accommodate 9 people, but not with small children because the entresol has stairs not very safe for children, equipped with max everything is (2 x tv, kettle , coffee maker, microwave, oven, 4-burner stove, washing machine, dryer, etc.), w-fee works fine. Two balconies, the view from the living room - a fairy tale get up in the morning and this panorama, coffee, sea breeze need nothing more to relax. Fresh figs straight from the tree from the owner's garden. And now about the owner, Mr. Antun is amazing, positive, wonderful, nice, kind, helpful and one could write and write in superlatives. He will welcome in his summer kitchen grilled fish who catches himself, transports his boat to a private beach, organizes a trip to the islands, advises, suggests just throw the password what we need or what we would like. One very important issue is tap water that is safe to drink, so you don't have to run and buy water cans. Parking on the property. With a pure heart, I highly recommend this place, an apartment with such a very nice owner!

We were personally picked up by Mr. Antun Stivic in the neighboring Crikvenica and taken to the apartment. We were 4 people. The apartment was equipped with everything (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, towels, ...). For 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) this apartment is sufficient by size. The host and his hearty wife live right below and are always available and helpful. The boat trip offered by Antun was really worthwhile. What was especially nice was the invitation of Antun and his wife to dinner, at yours in private. His wife is a great cook. It was by far the best meal during our 2 week stay. Even at the early departure, Antun insisted on saying goodbye to us personally. For unsportsmanlike people the way to the beach and back is exhausting. Since there is no sandy beach in Selce, bath mats are an advantage, but you can easily buy them at Promeda. All in all, a really nice apartment and the warmth and helpfulness, nothing was missing. We visited Vrbnik, where we had the chance to get to the highest street in the world. They produce local Zlahti wine there, white and strong. Selce, as usual, delighted with its charm. Cafes, restaurants, but above all, the city market lives daily. Mini festivals, festivals, bazaars, music and entertainment until late evening hours. The apartment we stayed in was very neat and clean and perfectly equipped (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and hair dryer, hair dryer, water heater ...) which is very important when you have children with you. The host welcomed us very kindly and honored us with an excellent dinner. It delighted us with a beautiful view of the terrace that is perfect for drinking morning coffee. The beach as well as all the other facilities is very close, and it is easy to reach down by the nice narrow streets. We warmly recommend to anyone who thinks of a vacation in Selce.

The whole apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed - sunny terrace with beautiful view on sea and town, washing machine for clothes and also for dishes, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi (signal was not so strong but for some basic ,,googling,, it was ok),etc. Beaches were really nice and pretty close, the town of Selce was really beautiful and also the host, Mr. Stivic was really nice guy, who even invited us for a dinner. We really enjoyed our vacation and maybe one day we will come back.

The town of Selce has something for everyone. Ideal for romantic evenings, or for those looking for extreme extremes. There is diving, water skiing and parachuting with motorboat. For the first time we spend holidays in Croatia family Stivić. We are very pleased with the apartment that is well equipped and very clean. Although small bathroom is fully sufficient. Beach, shopping facilities in immediate proximity. The surrounding restaurants are highly recommended. The equipment fulfills all wishes. More than 10 years of summer holidays in Selce and how the last couple of years we are no longer able to get the old apartment that is no longer issued, several years we have stayed in other apartments and luckily this year we found a great apartment which met all our needs and more . Not to mention the cleanliness and neatness, it has everything we need, from washing machines, microwave, cooker, complete dishes for eating and cooking, without which we can not imagine the taste of the Adriatic since we love seafood flavors and specialties. In addition to all the things that are there and nothing is missing, and even the fruits of figs growing on a tree in the courtyard of the unique taste that can not be blackberries in any trade is a spacious terrace overlooking the red roofs of Selce, more spacious and Silo and Krk on the island. The terrace is simply balm on a wound and a second that serves to oblivion and the responsibilities that are collected over the years on the job, and the arrival of the sea all disappear and remain only gulls, swallows, gazebos. Breakfast, lunch, dinner with a nice breeze and the smell of the sea. The apartment is practically in the center of Selce, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearby shops, 5 minutes to the bakery, which is still fresh, soft and crisp breads of all kinds, 5 minutes to the market, it's all there at your fingertips and short stroll through the picturesque and beautiful streets that all obilježjma always hold their breath. Of course, maybe not so important but to us, the car can be parked in the yard, in the shade which is one of the pluses that prevails in the selection. We highly recommend and hopefully if we make good terms but I see the following holidays in the same apartment.

We have the Stivitc family for the second time visited (two adults and two children) We are very happy again! The apartment has everything you need. Is Neat and clean. Parking right outside the door. The air conditioning is working properly. The Stivitc family is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Stivitc has made us the second time a day trip with his bot to a very nice secluded beach. We are the first time with the family Stivic. WLAN there were indeed weak but it was enough. The family is very nice and has a lot of things done to us (excursions, grill). We stayed this summer for the first time in a Apartman by Stivic and we are really pleased. The Apartment was very clean and spacious. Our balcony had sea views. The sea is about 5-minutes go to the beach 10. A parking lot in front of the door is also available. Everything was used, we could find in the house; Wifi, washing machine, coffee maker, television, microwave, iron, hairdryer, Sans weighting maker etc. The host is very friendly and helpful, we were invited by him to dinner. We, as a family of 4, could share this Apartman highly recommend.

The apartment is superbly furnished, the landlord has not promised too much. The sea / beach about 5 minutes. A parking lot in front of the door has also not neither and after that my wife is confined to a wheelchair that is very good for us. A set even to the owner of the good soul of the house has explained everything to us and was asking for from us approachable I was also very good. We will definitely visit it again because we have the 14 day she loved to come.
