Newly built apartments in the center of Selce, a small and picturesque town on the Adriatic coast, very close to Crikvenica. The apartments are located on the high ground floor and on the 1st floor of the house, they are spacious and airy, and consist of two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, "open space" kitchen, dining room and living room and balcony. They have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The apartments are located 2 minutes walk from the center of the town, shops, promenade, beach, restaurants and cafes. Parking is in the yard of the house. Air conditioning and wi-fi as well as parking are included in the accommodation price. The price includes tourist (residence) tax and apartment cleaning. Pets are not allowed.

To reserve an apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price is required. The remaining amount of the accommodation price is paid directly at the house, exclusively in cash upon arrival and check-in. In case of cancellation, we do not refund the deposit. The listed prices apply to accommodation for a period of 3 nights or more. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price of accommodation increases - by 50% of the listed price for accommodation for a period of 2 nights, or 100% for 1 night in the apartment. The preferred time of arrival at the apartment is after 2:00 p.m., and the departure time is by 10:00 a.m.

A nice large apartment in a quiet part of Selc that has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is extremely neat and nicely equipped, couches and beds are comfortable. The living room is spacious and has a wonderful view of the sea. The beaches are great, and for lovers of walking there is a beautiful promenade along the sea to Crikvenica. Recommended for everyone who wants peace and has everything needed nearby. The owner of the apartment is accommodating and discreet, always at your service and tries her best to make the guests satisfied. We had a wonderful time and we will be happy to come again.
