Apartments of 40 square meters absolutely do not justify the quality compared to the price. The apartments are not for more than three people at most, anything over that is crowded. The stairs leading to the apartment are very narrow and two people cannot pass each other. This makes it difficult to bring things in. I do not recommend apartments for families with children. The apartments are in the center and there is constant noise and crowding. You won't fall asleep before midnight, and the garbage collectors will wake you up before 06. The bathroom and kitchen are ripe for renovation. The parking lot is extremely small and it is very difficult to park, especially with a larger car.....
