For an additional fee, daily use of air conditioning is possible according to the guest's actual needs in relation to the weather. The guest keeps records of the use of the air conditioning on the basis of trust. Apartment reservations are made by paying an advance of 25-30% of the total contracted price to the bank account of the property owner. The remaining 70-75% is paid in cash to the owner upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to submit the personal documents of all users for inspection for registration with the Tourist Office and the Tourist Information Office.

In the peak season (July and August), the minimum shifts are 7 days, i.e. the minimum number of overnight stays is 7. In the pre-season and post-season, the minimum number of overnight stays is 5. The regular prices from the price list apply to this number of overnight stays. For stays shorter than 5 overnight stays, increases to the basic price apply: *Stay of 4 nights - increase is 30% *Stay of 3 nights - increase is 50% We do not rent overnight stays shorter than 3 nights! When entering the app. a deposit of 100-200 eur is required. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, if all conditions from the Offer are met. Entry to the apartments after 12 pm, and departure before 10 am. Upon departure, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival. The apartment and equipment must be cleaned as usual. Otherwise, extra cleaning and equipment damage fees will be charged according to actual market prices. Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation of the reservation and refund of the advance payment for the reservation is possible only more than 30 days before the start of the reserved period. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable. Mutual reviews are possible with the full title of the host and guest based on objective, documented (photo) facts during the use of the rental service.
