Fully equipped apartments in a detached house with their own separate entrances and terraces. The building is located in a quiet part of town. Parking in a large closed yard in the shade under a natural pergola. The possibility of free use of the garden grill. With an extra charge, daily use of the air conditioner is possible according to the actual needs of the guest in relation to the weather. The guest records the use of the air conditioner on the basis of trust. Apartment reservations are made with an advance payment of 25-30% of the total contracted price to the bank account of the facility owner. The remaining part of 70-75% is paid in cash to the owner upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, it is the guest's obligation to hand over the personal documents of all users for inspection and for the TZ and PU application.

Payment and terms
In the peak of the season (7th and 8th month), the minimum shifts are 7 days, that is, the minimum number of nights is 7. In the pre-season and post-season, the minimum number of nights is 5. Regular prices from the price list apply to this number of nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, increases are applied to the basic price: *Stay of 4 nights - increase is 30% *Stay of 3 nights - increase is 50% We do not rent out nights shorter than 3 nights! When entering the app. a deposit of 100-200 euros is required. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, if all conditions from the Offer are met. Entering the apartments after 12:00, and leaving before 10:00. When leaving, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as when he arrived. The apartment and equipment need to be cleaned as usual. Otherwise, extra cleaning will be charged as well as compensation for damage to the equipment according to the actual market prices, Promotions: Stay 2 weeks = Discount 10%; Stay 3 weeks = 15% discount
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the reservation and refund of the advance payment for the reservation is possible only from a minimum of 30 days from the day of the reserved period. Otherwise, the aconration is not returned. Mutual reviews are possible with the full title of the host and guest based on objective, documented (photo) facts during the use of the rental service.
