Apartments Sunčica - Selce - Kvarner

Last year (2019) we were staying in this apartment and I have to say it's very nice. Everything clean and with the owner also good agreement. It is quiet and yet close. The beach can only be reached by stairs and you can walk to the center in five minutes. I can only recommend.

Last year, we were vacationing in an apartment for 2 + 1 persons, which in my opinion was the cleanest apartment I have ever seen. There was no problem with the extra offer, the extra bed, we were able to move the furniture and adjust it. Because everything was really super clean, I easily let my baby crawl on the floor. I also liked the bathroom because the shower is a little taller and great for bathing a baby. The owner is super friendly and works hard for her guests. The location is great because you have close to town and beach. We have only recommended accommodation to friends. We were thrilled and we will come again.

We spent a very good 10 nights here with a family of 4. Maximum cleanliness, equipment, comfort, kindness.

I stayed in this property from 08/16/17 to 28/08/17. Absolutely welcoming, clean and super-equipped. Cleaning and changing of linens at the end of the first week. I was with friends with whom we rented 3 properties. Common space available for all guests, with tables, chairs and barbeque. 100 meters from the first beach. unfortunately in concrete, but surrounded by pebble beaches. A place full of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and souvenirs. Excellent geographic location, 40 minutes by river, less than an hour from the island of Krk and an hour and a half from the Plitvice Lakes. not far from Slovenia as well. An unforgettable vacation, fabulous apartment, amazing owner ..... SUPER Quiet location and close to the sea with all amenities a 5 minute walk on foot.

Apartment very clean, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, spacious refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, air conditioning, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony on the east side of which can be reached from the bedroom and with living room, balcony on the west side on which can be reached from the second bedroom and the kitchen, beautiful sunrises and sunsets that can be seen from these balconies. Each balcony has a table and chairs, all in all very, very nice. Excellent location, for 5-10 minutes (it took us with a small child) are coming to the beach what you want, sand, concrete, gravel. Beach and facilities very close, the car totally unnecessary. The owner very friendly, unobtrusive, very good. We want to come back again next year ..

V tomto apartmánu jsme strávili super týden, Mohu jen doporučit, skvěle vybaven, vše fungovalo jak má, Čistý, Kousek od moře, v nuts Klid, the když do centra Kousek. Příjemní majitelé, pro které není nic problém the doporučí výlety v okolí the kde na jídlo. Určitě if sem ještě vrátíme.

The apartment is well maintained and super customer service. The surrounding restaurants are highly recommended.

The facility is located in a quiet street and no cars, a short trail leads to the promenade and beach, and a window overlooking the coast and the neighboring islands. The apartment is well equipped and tidy, every step to see that the equipment did not save, and to invest more (new mattresses). Ms Svetka the person with whom you can easily arrange everything. The promenade, which can reach up to Crikvenica and Dramalj, there are numerous restaurants, stalls with all sorts of things, a miniature golf course, and playgrounds. I would definitely recommend staying for families with children, but also older couples.
