You can choose between a separate three-room house for 4-5 people (A4+1) with a large terrace and direct access to the garden, a two-room apartment for 2-4 people (A2+2) with two balconies and a one-room studio for 2 people (S2) with a balcony, both on the 1st floor of the neighboring house. - air conditioning, digital Sat-TV and WiFi internet, use of a washing machine (in the basement for all guests) - coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils, bed linen, towels, tea towels and the like. Pets are allowed in the house A4+1, and in the apartment A2+2 only outside the high season. They are not allowed in the studio S2. Additional costs: 10 Euros per day. The price includes utilities (air conditioning, electricity, water, WiFi internet, etc.), bed linen and towels (changed once a week), as well as the tourist tax of the city of Rovinj. The washing machine in the basement of the main house is available to all our guests free of charge. The final cleaning costs are 65 € for the house A4+1, 45 € for the apartment A2+2 and 35 € for the studio S2 (one-time fee). When booking, we ask for a 20% deposit, the rest is paid upon arrival. Pebble beach 
Rocky beach Borik is a part of Rovinj with family houses with gardens and lots of forest. It is quiet, without much traffic, very suitable for families. 150 m from our house there is a small supermarket Konzum and a stand with fresh fruit and vegetables. There are also several restaurants nearby. The old town of Rovinj is 2.5 km away and can be easily reached in approx. 5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bike or 25-30 minutes walk along the coast. The beach Val de Lesso can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, either along a forest path or through the settlement. The beach is surrounded by pine trees that offer shade during the summer heat. The beach offers a magnificent view of the old town and the island of Figarola. The beach is mainly pebbly and rocky, with easy access to the water, which makes it very suitable for children. The beach is newly equipped with showers and changing rooms, as well as a children's playground in the shade of old pine trees. The nearby Beach Bar offers live music in the evenings, and there is also the famous Blue restaurant and several snack bars.
