Absolutely fantastic. Location not far away of the city centre, Porton Biondi Beach. Wonderful host and great service. Good value for money. Everything was above expectations. Neat, clean and spacious apartment has everything you need, and a very pleasant stay is favored by the general impression of the whole building, beautiful garden, good and quiet location near the center and excellent hosts. This was not our first stay in Rovinj, but Željko and Dragica, friendly and unobtrusive, made us feel right at home and we will definitely return to them at the first opportunity. Thanks Željko! Zelijko is a great host, he cares about his guests very much. He helps, offers his products. At the end, he said goodbye to us with a nice gift. The apartment was clean and functional, we had a terrace overlooking the beautiful grounds. Superb location, close to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood. The car can be parked on the property. You get everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely come back to Zelijko next year. We recommend RACAN apartments and nice hosts.

I recomend this place as a holiday. The gost is a very nice and helpful person. He speaks english and can help you with everything you need.The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We stayed briefly in Mr. Zeljko's apartment, but we are sure to come again on the first occasion. All compliments to the host and his lady. Cleanliness of the apartment on a very high level, private parking, close to all amenities, quiet location of the house, host hospitable, friendly, unobtrusive. I have already recommended to all my friends and on this occasion all the recommendations for a visit.

The apartment is in a great location, a 10-minute walk from the center of Rovinj, the main promenade and the waterfront. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Rovinj, very comfortable, clean, well equipped and surrounded by greenery. The apartment has a parking space. This is the most wonderful holiday of my life. One of the reasons is the wonderful hosts Zeljko and Dragica. They treated us like we all live in that house together. Upon arrival we were greeted with homemade brandy and lots of useful information regarding Rovinj. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. There is parking which is very important. Location great, 10 minutes walk from the center, on a quiet end in lots of greenery. I was honored to taste the pizza with Zelko ... I recommend it to everyone, and I count the days until sitting down!

I can recommend staying at Zeljko Racan apartment It was a really nice visit to this wonderful city of Rovinj. The apartment is located in quite neighbourhood, around 10 minutes by foot to the city centre. I stayed at A2 apartment which is nice, clean and cosy place and is great to rest and to spend time at. The room can be both - shady and sunny thanks to blinds in the windows. A2 apartment has two rooms - one sleeping and one living with kitchen and offers all facilities listed in the offer. Zeljko was very kind and helpful - I was welcomed with really tasty aperitives and important information about the city. If necessary, Zeljko was also open to answer further questions and give help. I can fully recommend staying at Zeljko’s apartments to, a relative or friend.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean with a nice terrace and parking in the yard. It is located in a quiet part of town but not far from the city center. Željko is very hospitable and useful as far as all the information is concerned. We are delighted in every respect, pure recommendation.

My wife and I spent seven wonderful days in Rovinj, and the pleasure was completed by staying in the apartment of the Racan family. Željko is a top host. Challenging from the first contact via e-mail. During our stay we were worried about everything we asked him to do. Helped with sights, catering facilities, beaches .. Accommodation, modern, neat, clean; host to wish! All in all I recommend it to everyone!

Apartment Zeljko has one bedroom with a nice bed and wardrobe, kitchen with sofa, table and chairs. The bathroom with shower and wardrobe was well-equipped and clean. We had a nice terrace. Željko was the best host we ever had. Željko gave us many presents during our stay. He explained everything about good places, beaches and souvenirs. I would recommend everyone to stay in this apartment very welcoming host.

We lived in apartment A2 + 1, it was great, everything was clean, arranged. Parking in the yard. To the city center 15 minutes walk. In a quiet environment, close to shops, bakery, to the sea close by. The most pleasing to us was the kindness and hospitality of Mr. Željko. Super man, friendly, helpful, full of information. in Rovinj we were in July this year in the apartment at Zeljko, which is a fantastic host, a very helpful and friendly man. His house is located about 15 minutes walk from the center and the beach, however, we went to the beach by car outside the city. The apartments are very well equipped, clean and spacious, there is nothing missing in them ... Under the house there is parking for guests, a beautiful garden with kiwi in them. the neighborhood is very calm, you can relax and if someone wants to have fun, the center is not far away either. in the rooms there is air conditioning for an additional fee but we were not needed because the temperature in the apartment is bearable. I recommend these apartments to everyone - families with children and couples. Zeljko helped us a lot when we had to go to the hospital in Pula for what we are very grateful to him. Thank you for a nice stay. We will be happy to return.

In Rovinj we have a rest not the first time, but practically the first time in the apartment. They chose and searched for a long time and were not mistaken! The apartment is in the first place is beautifully located, the city center is about 10-15 minutes walk and at the same time the area is very quiet, green, near a grocery store, a park with pine trees, from our window and the sea was visible. The owner of Zeljko is absolutely charming, met and treated us on arrival as relatives :). He told everything, showed on the map all routes and directions of interest to us, answered all our questions, in general, just a fine fellow! The car can be left in the yard. The apartment itself (for 3 people) also liked, comfortable, bright, very clean and pleasant. To So next summer we are back there!

We stayed in the A2 / September 2017. We found the apartment at Željka on the basis of reviews. I have to say that everything is really the way guests write about the accommodation in Zeljko. The house is located in a nice landscaped, flowering garden. The rooms are very clean, tastefully furnished and all the kitchen needs to be in operation. We were at home. Željko is very kind, nice, hospitable and willing. We have traveled a lot, but there are few such nice people. We would be glad to return to this place and we strongly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic holiday, beautiful apartment I warmly recommend the apartment to all those who would like to spend their holidays in Rovinj. The house is in a great location, not too far from the center, but still in a very quiet area. Every night we were walking downtown. There is also a two-step mini market for any need. Željko is an adorable, very kind and helpful person. He welcomed us with an aperitif and during these 12 days offered us several times. He explained how to move us, what are the best beaches, how to get to the center and so on. We enjoyed it so much. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully furnished. The cleaning level is great. Parking is inside the courtyard so the car does not stay in the street. The house in general is very beautiful, surrounded by trees and so green. It was the first time for us in Rovinj and if one day I decide to return, I know where to go. Thank you Željko for this wonderful vacation and for making us feel welcome!

Željko is really the best host you can have ... with a welcome drink will explain everything you need to know and where you can have fun in Rovinj ... always at your disposal for anything and always ready to help. In Rovinj we spent a wonderful two weeks. What to see, where to eat and where to find heavenly beaches, you will find out from the host Zelil, who is always helpful in any matter. Rooms according to description, clean, fully equipped. All that is described in earlier comments is a true reflection of Zeljko's kindness. I recommend Racan apartments with all my heart.

Host very nice. Upon arrival, greets your own juice, fruit juice. Mr. Żeljko gladly advises on the best place to go to the beach, where there are car parks, shops, etc. Apartment as described, very clean, comfortable car park under the house. House in a quiet residential area with lots of greenery. Distance to the beach - 5 min. By car - free parking, walking distance to the center 15 min. .

Host Zeljko fulfills the norm in 100%. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to the green areas of the city. We had bikes which made it even easier for us to get around Rovin. Greatly equipped barbecue area and many practical tips Zeljko (I will not betray any) will allow you to enjoy the excellent quality grilled fish and calamari. "Medicina" or rakija (brandy) with sharp olives is a real host.

it's not the first time I stayed in these apartments. I was very happy with the place and with the hosts, who treated me like a princess. This time I was in another apartment - with a huge balcony, kitchen, living room and terrace. I felt very comfortable here. Very grateful to the owners for everything!

They returned from Racan family after three years. As always, the hospitality and the availability of Zeljko and Dragica are the thing I appreciate most. But this time my daughter and we were treated as princesses: we had the apartment with two bedrooms and a very large terrace! All clean and well equipped. The property is convenient to the center, which is within walking distance in 10 minutes. We got to know other beaches and to taste the Croatian delicacies thanks to Zeliko suggestions. I advise!!

Fantastic place and great owners. Warm, welcoming, receptive. And he Zeljko? A wonderful man. I've been to Croatia several times already, but so cordial apartment owner has not yet had. Indeed on arrival we were greeted aperitif 'em (a delicious cherry with the rest), he explained what, where and how; where what beaches they are. The location of the apartment also excellent, near to the center walk, to the nearest beach as well. The apartment itself is fully equipped and spacious, clean, air conditioning and blinds. We had a great time there, until it was a pity to leave. I would highly recommend.

In July 2016 years spent a week in an apartment A2 + 1. The apartments are really well-equipped, spacious and very clean apartment. Although our apartment was on the top floor, and the temperature exceeded 30 degrees, thanks to tight roletom window in the room there was a very pleasant temperature. Zeljko and his wife are wonderful hosts who greeted us heat our own production tincture, home baking and a story about the local attractions, quickly forgot about the hardships of the journey. There was always a nice conversation and help Zeljko, a man of extremely friendly and optimistic attitude to life. House with beautiful, very well-kept garden is situated in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the old town. We highly recommend the apartments, they will be happy to go back.

The apartment is maintained and furnished, super is also a spacious terrace, where from 11.00 onwards all day shade. Also in the apartment it is not too hot, so that the air is not needed. Mr. Željko is obliging, friendly and unobtrusive, I give all the necessary information about the area. Priporočava !!!

We stayed at Racan Zeljko 12 days. The city knew from a short stay in the previous year. Rovinj is a beautiful city with an Italian character, you can count on beautiful views, tastes, and this year it turned out that there are also wonderful people. Immediately after the arrival of the host welcomed us very warmly. We were treated to homemade liquor and cake baked by Dragica. In the apartment and around the farmyard very clean. We lacked for nothing - the equipment in the kitchen and around the home, like at home. The host Zeljko vry helpful willingly provided information and advice, but did not impose themselves. Such hosts and such a place he wants to come back. Recommendable place for anyone seeking rest in peace in very good condition and pleasant area.

It was one of the most beautiful holidays. More than 10 days in the beautiful Rovinj. The atmosphere, climate, environment friendly, beautiful views, tastes, smells, people. We spent a wonderful time in the apartment Zeljko Racan. From the very beginning, we were welcomed by Zeljko and his wife as guests exceptional. Not only a fine grappa, a delicious cake lady of the house, fruit ... but interesting conversation, time for stories about the culture, history and people. Apartment clean, nothing was missing (ladies, please take dryers), well-equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom. Always helpful Zeljko meant that he wants to return to this beautiful house, sit on the terrace and feel blissful tranquility. Thank you sincerely. You are special, what niewątliwie meant that time Rovinj was magical.

I strongly recommend Željko Racan apartment. The Host is very helpful, caring and friendly. He shows maps and provide all information about Rovinj and surroundings. He even helped to fix our bike when we caught a flat tire :). Apartament is nice and fully equipped, there is nothing missing in kitchen and rooms. Comfy bed, Internet, terrace, private parking for a car and bikes. Very good location, calm surrounding, even guests are nice and peaceful people. No loud behaving or parties. And what is more Željko welcomes his guests with a smile and a very tasteful home made aperitif.

We stayed for a week in August. The apartment is very nice, bright, spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is very quiet, and in 10 minutes you arrive at the beach and in the old town. Very convenient is the parking, so the car does not have to remain in the street. Rovinj is a very lovely city by sea. There\'s rly so much you can see. We stayed at Raćan apartments and we were satisfied with our accomodation. There isnt a thing Željko wouldnt help us with when we asked him. At our arrival he told us about Rovinj, best beaches, good food and much more. The apartmens are tidy, neat and spaceful.It has a good location, because it\'s about 10min of walk to the center of the city and about 5 min, max 10 to all the beaches by car. So there actually is a lot to see and do every day if you are a bit adventurous. If we are ever to come back to Rovinj I am sure we\'re gonna stay at Željko's place. The Račan Apartments. We have spent one week in Apartmani Racan. Very good time, the owner was very helpful, explained everything we asked. Room was very nice, a lot of space, quiet neighbourhood, around 10 minutes by foot to city centre and to nearest beach. We will surely come back in coming years!! :)

I stayed in that apartments 2 times before. That was my 3 coming. It is in a very quite place, close to the sea and to old town. I\'d a nice terrace to use. House owners is a very good people, always ready to help if you need something and who do everything to make your staying in their house very-very pleasant. I recommend this apartments to everybody, who prefer comfortable and relaxing holiday destination.

I had spent a lot of time searching the internet for a good accommodation for our holidays and I have found one! The description on the site is very accurate. The apartment was very clean and tidy, nice and cosy. What is more it was very spacious for two of us. Everything was well maintained and looking new. Fully equipped kitchen (nothing was missing from a corkscrew to frying pan), huge flat screen telly and plenty of storage in a cupboard. Comfortable bed and clean linen. The owner was (and still is) fantastic! Extremely friendly and helpful. There is a very good contact with him (via e-mail as well). Croatian hospitality is legendary and the owner is a living proof! The place was very quiet not only from other guest but from a surrounding as well (silent street, no pubs too near around). It is 10 min walk from a city centre and ca. 15 min walk from the old town. Restaurants, great places and even beaches are close. And last but not least Rovinj is a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend the Racan Apartmani to everyone looking for a high quality accommodation. What is more – we usually do not go back to the holiday places we have been – Racan Apartment is the place we want to go back and possibly will.

Apartment very comfortable and very clean, located in a quiet area but not far from the center of Rovinj. Nothing was missing. The garden is very nice and the car park is located within the property. The owner is super helpful and very pleasant and his advice about local restaurants were very much appreciated. We will definitely return and will recommend the hotel without any doubt to family and friends.
