40 meters from the sea and the beach, 3 new apartments in Rovinj, first row! A beautiful view of the sea and Rovinj bay and the old part of the town of Rovinj! Each apartment has a terrace with a view of the sea and Rovinj, a table and chairs and protection from the sun.

Payment and terms
Reservations in June, July and August are possible for "studio" type accommodation units only from Saturday to Saturday, for the apartment on the 2nd floor, different dates are possible if it corresponds to the host's availability list. Promotional prices in May and September! Special discount for accommodation of 14 days or longer! When booking, an advance payment of approx. 30% of the total amount, and the rest is paid no later than 10 days before arrival, and exceptionally - when entering the apartment. Arrival after 3 p.m., and departure by 10:00 a.m
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
Dear guests, advance payments are paid as a guarantee that the guest will arrive at the reserved time, and if the guest does not come, then the landlord partially covers the damage due to the guest's non-arrival from the advance payment. Nice holiday

The house is in a great location. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The beach is right across the street. The studio is new and modern. You can't hear any noise in the house. The host is very personable and friendly. Highly recommended.

I recommend!!

A very cool place. Apartment on the road but very quiet. Balcony overlooking the sea and Rovinj. Free parking. Beach very close. We will definitely come back there again. I greet the owners.
