The facility is located about 10 minutes' walk from the city center and the first beach. The ideal time of arrival is 13-15h. Departure is until 10 am. Reservation; advance payment in the amount of 100eu. The rest is paid in cash on the day of arrival. The prices are for 2nd person, each additional person can pay an extra charge of 30eu. We asked about the availability of the apartment the day before we wanted to come. The deal with Magdalena was very quick and efficient. Magdalena is generous and willing to help. She welcomed us and showed us everything and brought a bottle of fine local Malvasia. The apartment itself is clean, has a large terrace where we mostly stayed, perfect for a couple. The apartment has its own parking lot under the vines, as well as a larger free gravel parking lot in front of the apartment. We went everywhere on foot, a small shop is a 10-15 minute walk away, as is the center of Rovinj itself. Rovinj is beautiful and has a lot to explore, from beaches in and around the center, as well as restaurants, cocktail bars and the like. We recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back!

Everything was as it should be. The description of the apartment corresponds to the ad. It has a quiet environment, comfort level, I recommend for a quiet and carefree vacation. The equipment in the apartment is new, the building is clean, they take care of bed linen and fresh towels. the air conditioning serves its purpose, the locals are very friendly, always available if you need any help. They even served us sweets. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, clean and tidy apartment, friendly hosts. Special emphasis on the yard with a fireplace that belongs to the apartment. We did not grill, but we had a special taste in the morning in peace to drink coffee and have breakfast with the chirping of birds as we prepared for the trip.
