Our family house is located in Rovinj in the Centener area. We are a 10-minute easy walk from the city center, and 15 minutes from the nearest beach. During your stay, you are provided with one parking space per apartment in the yard. Nearby there is a restaurant, shop, bakery, bank, sports facilities. We offer the possibility of accommodation in three apartments: App IDA A2/2 for 4 people on the first floor of a family house, with two double rooms, double beds, one of which can be separated, a bathroom and a small kitchen. The apartment has a large covered terrace with a garden view and seating furniture. Apartment SANDRA A2/1 for 2 to 3 people, on the ground floor of a family house. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a living room (with an extra bed if necessary), a bathroom and a small terrace. Apartment SANDRA A4/1 on the first floor for 4 to 5 people, separate entrance, with two double bedrooms, bathroom, hall, kitchen and living room (extra bed if necessary) and two covered terraces.

We agree on the method of advance payment and the amount at the time of booking. The rest of the price is paid upon arrival at the apartment. A stay of less than three nights is charged up to 30% more. Usual arrival time from 14:00 h, and departure time until 10:00 h. Arrival and departure time other than the above can be arranged with the host, depending on the possibility. Extra bed EUR 15.00 per day. The accommodation was large, very clean and fully equipped. The landlady is very friendly and helpful, which makes the already pleasant stay even better. The accommodation is about 10 minutes' walk from the city center and is therefore ideal for leaving the car behind. We really enjoyed our time in Rovinj and are happy to have found this accommodation. Thank you for the great hospitality.
