The building is located in a quiet part of town, nearby there are restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery stores (10-100m). The city center is 800m away, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and the nearest beach is about 1000m or a 15-minute walk. In the back yard of the house there is a swimming pool and a sunbathing area that is available to guests for their pleasant stay and relaxation, surrounded by greenery and sheltered from other houses.

The guest sends a query to the owner. Further communication is via e-mail. The reservation is confirmed by an advance payment, 20% of the amount. The guest pays the difference upon arrival. Arrival is after 3:00 p.m. Departure no later than 10:00 a.m. in the morning. The price does not include the tourist tax, which amounts to 2.00 euro/adult/day. Final cleaning is charged. (EUR 10.00-20.00 per person one time) Upon arrival, the guest and host hand over the apartment and keys. Children under the age of 3 who do not use an extra bed stay for free, if an extra bed is used the price is EUR 10.00-20.00 per day.

Booking confirmation document upon reservationIf the reservation was canceled due to the corona virus pandemic and the impossibility of traveling from country to country, the refund of the advance payment is 100%. Also, the guest has the right to a refund if the cancellation is 30 days or more before the expected arrival at the accommodation. For other cancellations, the advance payment is not refunded.
