Advance payment in the amount of EUR 200.00 is paid when booking accommodation. In the event of an unused reservation, the advance payment is transferred to another date that the guest wants to book if the apartment is available. In the event of damage to the apartment, the amount of the advance payment is used for subsequent damages in the amount committed. Payment for accommodation is made upon arrival at the apartment.
