The house consists of 6 apartments located on the ground floor and on the first and second floor. Larger apartments cover 55m2 and consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet and terrace. are designed for 5 people. Smaller apartments are 40m2 and consist of 1 bedroom and a spacious living room with kitchen, toilet and terrace and is designed for 3 people. The apartments are air conditioned and have wireless internet. Behind the house is a parking lot for your cars.

Payment is made by paying in advance 30% in advance, and the rest upon arrival. There is no possibility of refunding the advance payment. The only option is to postpone / replace the booked appointment in case it is agreed with the owner of the apartment no later than 2 months before arrival. The owner reserves the right to change prices at least 90 days before the scheduled arrival. Check in is at 2pm and check out at 10am. Arrival / departure arrangement is possible. The apartment is rented on a weekly basis (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks ...)

We had the great vacation in Apartments Polić. We booked 2 apartments and they are very beautiful, modern and fully equipped. Sea is in front of the house so we really liked to sit on terrace and enjoy. Hosts are great people, very helpful and they will make you feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

Dear Polic family, we thank you for the nice and relaxing stay in one of your apartments. Briefly about the apartment and the location: The apartment is very clean, the location is a dream, the view is wonderful, the size of the apartment is perfect. A spacious kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher is great. We also found that there is a washing machine in the apartment. What we also found very good that there are enough large parking spaces in front of the house. The landlord's father was there, gave us a warm welcome, he was super nice to us, everything we needed was done immediately, just great. Nearby in the Punta bar you could eat and drink well. Actually we would like to go back again, unfortunately we have to wait until next summer. We will definitely be staying with the Polic family again. Warm greetings Natalie
