Payment is made upon the guest's arrival and registration. The reservation of the apartment is made by paying an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount. Arrival is preferred by 11:00 a.m., and departure by 08:00 a.m. Of course, we arrange all information and details with our guests.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, when we booked the apartment, we did not check whether it had air conditioning. That made our vacation unbearable, as we arrived in the summer. With two small children in an apartment with no draft in the evening at 30-32 degrees is no fun. Despite asking whether air conditioning could be installed, including our contribution to the cost, we were told that there was no option for air conditioning. It's a shame, as the location is not bad and I think the costs are easy to imagine. The same goes for the upper apartment with 6 places. No air conditioning, and the price for both apartments had been increased during the booking. The reason was renovation work. Unfortunately, we can only confirm this for the lower one.

It's not right for you to complain now that there is no air conditioning. As for you having to bear the costs, that's nonsense. The apartment is neat and nicely equipped. The beach is a two-minute walk away, excellent, gradual access to the sea. Everything you need is nearby. Mrs. Milena is very kind, unobtrusive, I definitely recommend it.
