New and well equipped apartments, with designed interiors, in a quiet part of Rogoznica (town Zatoglav), by the sea, 10 meters from the beach, with large balconies or terraces and stunning sea views. Apartment no. 1 (Big Balcony Apartment) has 55 m2 and balcony of 16 m2. Apartment no. 2 (Terrace Apartment) has 62 m2 and a terrace of 17 m2. Apartment no. 3 (Penthouse Apartment) has 87 m2 and balcony of 22 m2. The site is approximately 4 km from the town center and has a view of the town across the bay. In addition to peace, relaxation and swimming, a tourist center in the immediate vicinity (Pag) offers the possibility of evening outings, restaurants, rent boats, trips to the Kornati National Park, Krka National Park, and excursions to Trogir, Split, Primosten and Sibenik.

Payment and terms
Reservations can be made by e-mail. Mandatory is a deposit of 30% of the amount of rent as confirmation of booking, and paid the money transfer to the bank account as directed lessor. The deposit is returned (minus the cost of the return transfer of money) in case of cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining 70% of the amount of rent to be paid in cash upon arrival - before entering the apartment. Ideal arrival / departure on Saturdays, but accepted and arrival / departure Sundays. Check in is after 15, 00 hours, leaving the apartment until 10, 00 hours. The cost of any damage to the apartment and related equipment shall be borne by the lessee. Before entering the apartment is required to deposit in the amount of EUR 100 which is refundable upon departure if no damage

The price includes parasols (1 per apartment) and sun beds (4 chairs each two-bedroom apartment or 5 deck chairs for three-room apartment) that are on the beach in front of the building. House rules: Smoking (except on the balcony or terrace), pets, noisy behavior and parties are not allowed. It is not allowed to enter the apartment wet or in a wet bathing suit, directly from the beach.
