Reservations can be made by e-mail. Mandatory is a deposit of 30% of the amount of rent as confirmation of booking, and paid the money transfer to the bank account as directed lessor. Concrete beach The price includes parasols (1 per apartment) and sun beds (4 chairs each two-bedroom apartment or 5 deck chairs for three-room apartment) that are on the beach in front of the building. House rules: Smoking (except on the balcony or terrace), pets, noisy behavior and parties are not allowed. It is not allowed to enter the apartment wet or in a wet bathing suit, directly from the beach.
