Apartments Janja - Rogoznica - Sibenik region

We spent almost two weeks in Janja's villa with friends. Upon arrival, the owner was waiting for us, who let us in earlier than we had agreed without any problems. There was water, juice, beer waiting for us in the fridge so we could quench our thirst after a tiring journey. Rogoznica is a great place for a family holiday. The closest beach is 3 minutes from the apartment. However, it is not only the place that counts, but also the people who create it. The owner of the apartments Mrs. Mladenka is a wonderful, helpful and understanding person. We have already been to Croatia several times, but for the first time we met such an open and nice hostess on our way, who showed us a lot of support and help, e.g. in arranging car repairs or buying local specialties. The house was sparkling clean. Equipped with everything you need to be able to function like at home (and even more, e.g. in the drawers there were dressings, cleaning agents, additional pillows, clothes pegs, cloths, sponges, etc.). The rooms were very comfortable and convenient. All decorated in a modern style. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The owner took care of us as her friends, she gave us her bikes and even a SUP board, without expecting anything in return. Sweets were always waiting for the children. Mrs. Mladenka said goodbye to us with specialties prepared by her. Holidays spent here will remain in our memory for a long time. Thank you very much for these wonderful moments!!! I would like to share my opinion on our stay in the Janja apartment in Rogoźnica. I have had the opportunity to visit this place twice, and both times have been very pleased. During the whole holiday, we could count on the help of a very nice hostess, who made every effort to ensure that we did not miss anything and additionally won the sympathy of our children with small sweets. But even without that, the children liked her very much. The house is very neat and well-kept, finished in a modern style, the kitchen is adequately equipped - although there may not be enough space for people who want to fulfill the role of a Mediterranean cook. Bathroom small but acceptable. The house is situated close to the sea, in a very quiet area. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and it is actually a view of the sea, not just a piece of the sea emerging from somewhere behind a row of houses. It should be noted that the house is in the second row from the sea - it is separated by the only row of exclusive villas directly on the sea front, which do not disturb the atmosphere of the place. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. The area around the building is very intimate. It is not an estate of holiday houses, but rather a residential area. I think it is a perfect place for people looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, giving the opportunity to take advantage of warm evenings or brisk mornings on the terrace with picturesque views. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful sea view. We were welcomed by a very kind host with a smile. We got lost upon arrival, he helped right away. The beach is close, it's calm, family-friendly.
