Beautiful, modern furnished apartment in a quiet location. Sea views. Everything corresponded to the description. Mrs. Iva is very nice and helpful. Thank you for a relaxing holiday.

Stayed in the apartment ID: 44842 in the period from 10.09.18 to 16.09.18. Very comfortable apartment, with two balconies, consisting of living room-kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In the living room there is a big TV, air conditioning, in the kitchen there is everything for cooking. To the sea on foot no more than three minutes. From the balcony in the living room there is a beautiful view of the bay, breakfasts and dinners on the balcony were unforgettable! The washing machine is in a separate room, access to it is free at any time. Parking next to the entrance or meters at 15, under a canopy. There is a place for a barbecue. The landlady of the apartments is hospitable and attentive, ready to help with advice or business! If you get to go to Croatia again, I'll try to get to these apartments!

A comfortable apartment for 4-6 people with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. You'll find everything you need (including a TV with internet connection, microwave, vacuum cleaner and washing machine on request) Friendly and helpful, hostess. A comfortable and modern terrace. It was the best apartment we have lived in so far in Croatia - and this was our twelfth time. At a really good price. I honestly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, the house is located in a beautiful place near the sea so you can hear the sound of the waves in the evening! The apartment is nicely equipped with all the above, beautiful balcony with even more beautiful view! Ms. Iva a wonderful housewife !!

We had reservations in early July this year. The apartment in the pictures looks divine, and in fact it was quite different. This house is undergoing renovation, which you can not see with photos. Concrete stairs (danger to children). Around the mud building we were not informed. The description and pictures completely disagree with the offer! We tried to recover the deposit but the owner on the phone said absolutely, despite the description quite uncompatible. He sent us photos because we asked about the beach for the children. It was, but about 400-500 m from the apartment, and we were most interested in this point. I do not recommend this apartment, people and I repeat, pictures not in accordance with the offer. PS This one positive comment came out the day after our adventures, because in us the case was played on 1.07.2017. This is probably something to prove

Denial

I make a denial about incorrect comments. You booked 2 apartments for 13 days in early July and unexplainedly canceled on arrival. The above reasons are malicious and completely incorrect which is visible from the pictures on the advertising pages and also from favorable impressions of other guests. The house in which the apartments are located is new building, very well designed for tourism purposes with a thermal facade.Spacious apartments have balconies and terraces overlooking the sea.Since it is new building the furniture in the apartments is new.Air-conditioning,tv and internet are built. There is a covered parking and well-kept environment. Thank you, we look forward to welcoming you.

Rogoznica, a wonderful place to relax. The apartment is neat, comfortable, with terrace and sea view. Close to beautiful small beach suitable for holidays with children. The center is half an hour's pleasant light walks. The owner of the apartment is very hospitable. Thanks Iva!
