DISCOUNT ON JUNE AND SEPTEMBER! Our house, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica (Lozica IV) which is great for a good quality holiday. We offer our guests comfortable accommodation in 6 well-equipped apartments of different sizes (small for 2 persons, studio for 2 2 persons and large for 4 persons with separate bedroom). All our apartments are airy, bright and tastefully furnished. Each apartment has a separate entrance, a terrace, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. On each terrace there is a table with chairs and umbrella. Towels and bed linen, soap, kitchen cloth and dishwashing sponge are provided in each apartment. Our guests have free parking next to the house. Rocky beach, as well as the beach with stones, with crystal clear waters are a couple of minutes walk from our apartments. The city center, with restaurants, cafes, shops and children's activities, is a 20-minute walk to the seafront promenade.

Rocky beach Next to the house we have a separate veranda with a large terrace and a wall-mounted barbecue. We offer our guests free use of 4 bicycles. We have our plateau on the beach with a sunshade and the stairs for access to the sea that is available to our guests. For small guests we have trampoline, slides, swings and a large yard where they can play without worrying about traffic.
We have just returned from vacation from apartment Ines and we have only praise for the apartments and hosts. Everything is clean and tidy and equipped. An ideal location for all who want peace, with a source of entertainment (close to Primosten and Trogir) at your fingertips.

For the past 2 years we have been vacationing here, a small, quiet place away from the center of Rogoznica about 30 minutes easy walk by the sea. The apartments are beautiful, clean and tidy, with a beautiful sea view. In the yard there is a trampoline and swing, and a glass veranda with barbecue. Something for everyone. About the hosts only words of praise, extremely kind people, kind, friendly, always available. Definitely a recommendation if you want to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation, and if you want to spend more actively, you can drive to Primosten or Sibenik. Apartments very clean, as described. Rocky beach, with descent to the ladder, but in the center is a nice beach with a gentle descent. There are bars on the beach. The place is recommended for people who like peace. Perfect for families with children. The only disadvantage of the room is that they do not have a TV, but I generally recommend it.

This year's stay is our 6th time in picturesque Croatia. This time Zecevo near Rogoznica and Ines apartments. Hosts very friendly, showed us all the apartments and can confirm the compliance with the description and photos on the site. Tastefully furnished apartments, clean. Kitchenettes equipped sufficiently for dinner preparation. In each apartment terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful hills extending around the house. Lots of free space around. You can walk to Rogoznica about 30 minutes. By the sea. In front of the children's home a large area with a trampoline, a swing and a small water slide. Lots of parking space. Private beach. Descent to the water on the ladder - quite deep, silence, calm - few children;) Beach for children with mild descent distant about 300-400m. I recommend for a quiet holiday looking for peace, quiet and truly idyllic holiday

We spent a great vacation last year in the apartment Ines. We chose 2 apartments on the top floor next to each other. Every day we ate breakfast on the terrace admiring the sea. Apartments as described very clean. Hosts very nice and polite. I would highly recommend!

Me and my wife stayed in Apartmani Ines last summer and we are going back this summer. We loved our apartment on the top floor and especially the view from our terrace. It was very close to the beach and very nice walk to Rogoznica center when you take the seaside path. Family Jakesevic were the perfect hosts and we felt very welcome.
