As soon as we arrived, the landlady politely attacked me as to why we were late, because we had announced our arrival at 11-12 o'clock. She neither cares nor concerns what has stopped us on the way, which is quite long! She continued to beat me about it even after I apologized (and I didn't want to explain to her that I was pregnant and that I was very sick on the way). It was immediately clear to me what kind of person she was. We get to the apartment, there is not a single towel. A family of four, we have nothing to wipe off after swimming in a 3-star apartment. WiFi is not working. I go later to ask about the towels, only for the lady to say that their guests usually bring their own towels, but of course they will give them to me. You just had to ask. The furniture is worn out, the very next day you can see that everything is hanging instead of standing... The child's bed is ruined, the floor. He slept on a mattress on the kitchen floor because we didn't want to deal with them while they were fixing it. Pillows are old, I don't keep that kind of stuff even as a reserve for guests, I throw it away. I don't know what they think of us to put those scumbags on our bed. There is no soap, not even 5 ml for the guest to at least wash his hands when he comes from the road. We did not receive the welcome drink mentioned. It was offered to us as soon as we got out of the car: tired, cooked, hungry, hands full of things. We politely declined because we can't at the moment and that was all from them. On the terrace, which should be shared by the couple of upper apartments, on the first day, a boy from below, probably the owner's grandson, was lounging on the couch. He didn't move even when he saw that we were going to sit down. In the following days, he was not there. Basically, I have never experienced such savings on a guest. The only positive is that they have air conditioning and a nice view.

I attribute this comment and behavior during your stay to your pregnancy, and the comment does not even come close to describing the actual condition of our accommodation... On Apartmanija, where we advertise, it is clearly indicated that towels are not included in the offer. You yourself have seen how many apartments we have; if we were to offer towels to every guest, we should have more than 100 towels. Wi-Fi always works. As for the furniture, it's the same as in the pictures, so I don't see why you booked accommodation you don't like. Next time, try to spend 150-200 € per night, if you are looking for luxury, then you are looking for a hair in the egg. You were invited for a welcome drink as soon as you arrived, but you declined. I would have invited you again, but I concluded from your behavior that you were bitter, especially when you came to ask for towels in such a rude tone. The pillows are not old, but new and regularly changed. The floor can't fall out on its own unless someone throws themselves on the bed. It is not a problem to adjust the floor; if you didn't know how, try watching a YouTube tutorial. As for the common terrace, it is COMMON, has about 30 seats and is 80 m² in size. So I don't see why someone should move for you to sit down. Greetings!
