Apartment 1(ID:73500) is on the ground floor, Apartment 2(ID:70848) is on the first floor, Apartment 3(ID:70850) is on the second floor. Apartments Ap2 and Ap3 consist of a living room/dining room with a sofa (150 cm), 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a kitchen (fully equipped), a shower/toilet, a balcony with furniture and an exit to the balcony. Reserved free parking (1 car). Parking within the facility. For shared use: garden (600m2) fenced, outdoor shower, garden, barbecue, washing machine (extra charge), free WI-FI. Dolac (location of the house) is 3 km from Primošten, 10 km from the center of Rogoznica, 150 m from the sea, shop 500 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 150 m, beach bar 250 m, 3 pebble beaches within a radius of 200-300 m, rocky beach 150 m, bike path 150 m.

In the season from 24.06-26.08, arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays. The advance payment is 20% of the price of the accommodation, and when the payment is visible, the apartment is reserved. Payment on the first day of arrival to the owner in cash. The deposit upon arrival is 120 euros in case of damage, it is returned to the guest upon departure. Anita was very nice both at the reception and during our holiday. We have been going on vacation to Croatia since 2003, but rarely have we had such clean and sophisticated accommodation. The beds are extremely comfortable, which ensures a pleasant rest for everyone, the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the terrace is beautiful. I can only recommend it.

A quiet village near Primošten. A very kind and lovely host family who will do their best to make you feel at home. The app is spacious, clean and well equipped. In addition to the clean sea and good accommodation, what marked our vacation was the boat trip that the hosts offer as an additional offer. This is something not to be missed because you can only get to such coves by boat. Be sure to ask about the trip if you are going to stay in that app.

This is the fifth time we've been to Anita and Davor's and we can't get enough. That's what you call the perfect vacation. The weather, the water, the landlords, the apartment, everything is just perfect. The nicest things were the evenings we spent together with our friends (landlord family), with good food, drinks and a lot of humour. We won't soon forget the pirate game. You have to experience that. Also highly recommended is the boat trip with Ivan to the nearby islands. Four hours of pure fun with a bathing experience and a speed of 31 knots. We have been going to Croatia since 1996 and have traveled to many corners of this beautiful country. Anita and Davor are excellent hosts. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Davor and his son press very tasty red and white wine. The peka prepared by Davor is also highly recommended. The traveling baker comes by every morning. The small shop on the campsite, which is about 200 m away, is well stocked. There are beautiful bathing bays nearby. You can eat deliciously in the restaurants in Dolac. From Dolac you can go on excursions to Zadar, Trogir and Split. The Krka National Park with its waterfalls is only 35 km away. We are already looking forward to our next vacation with Anita and Davor.

We have been to this holiday home for the fourth time now and we are always happy to come back. We feel a bit at home here. The landlord is very friendly. You are proficient in German and English. Each of our wishes was met with an open heart. We particularly recommend the homemade olive oil, wine, liqueur and the delicious food. The apartment is very well equipped. Cleanliness is perfect.
