Being in Croatia for the 14th time, I felt like I was at home, the apartment was so cozy and equipped with everything you could dream of. When I was going, I always took some small things with me, and Nikolina's apartment has everything. On the way to my vacation, I had a car breakdown around 4 a.m., when I wrote to her, she immediately reacted and tried to help. After a very long journey, she welcomed us warmly and also took care of breakfast for us, which was the first time I experienced such kindness, she was very helpful throughout the entire stay, an additional advantage is the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a sun awning, where in the morning I could drink coffee while looking at the beautiful rocky mountains, villa estate and very nice, close to the shop and a few minutes walk to 2 very nice beaches, great location, Split is a few minutes' drive away and also to atmospheric Trogir. The apartment's quality-price ratio is great! It's a pity you can only give 5 stars I highly recommend it to families with children and couples. Sebastian from Poland

The apartment is wonderful, equipped with all possible contents, but it lacks a view of the sea. The beach, which is clean and where you can swim, is not very close, but it was not a problem for us to walk. The owner Nikolina is nice, accommodating and always available, all praise!

Absolutely stunning apartment! Couldn’t have been better. The place was very clean, modern, calming, had everything we needed to feel at home. Location is very convenient, near shops and public transport. It’s definitely been one of our favourite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend it to others!

Nikolina is just a perfect host ! Definitely one of our best experiences ! She made sure to be there when we arrived & when we left (she even came to get us coz the satellite navigation got us lost). A private car park is available, which is very convenient in these tiny streets Nikolina\'s Sweetime appartment is just perfect : you\'ll have everything you need (and even more) and Nikolina is always available if you have any question. The appartment is 10 minutes from the sea and you also have a bus to go to Split in a 10 minute walk. No more hesitation, go for Sweetime !!!

Based on the location on the map, the description of the object and the picture, the object we found easy. Mrs Radman welcomed us very warmly. A stylish, neat, functional apartment, equipped with all home appliances and basic food, made our stay very enjoyable. It is located in a quiet location, from the sea, sandy beaches and children's playgrounds is only 5 minutes away from the pebble beach and 10 minutes of easy walks. A spacious balcony overlooking the sea we used to enjoy the morning coffee shop. Given that we are familiar with all the benefits offered by this apartment, we look forward to staying again.

Nikolina and her husband were excellent hosts. From the time we arrived, they made us feel very welcomed. The apartment is in a quiet, residential location and a nice treat in solitude from the Split city center. The location is perfect - close to the grocery and beachfront. The apartment is immaculate and has all the comfort amenities. We look forward to staying again for the next holiday!

Nikolina was a great welcoming and cheerful host, the place was spot on, very clean, new, and feels right. The kitchen is more than equipped for everything you might need. A number of windows which let in so much of natural light, create a lovely atmosphere. The terrace is perfect for morning in the sun and late afternoon in shade. The apartment is not far from the beach, yet far enough from traffic for quality relaxation time. And amazingly - the free parking spot is right in front of the building. Definitely coming back!

In the early spring of the year, when snow had sunk into the trauma of life in Zagreb, a week in Podstrana was perfect for resorting. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk away from the main road, across from the marina that continues on the beach that takes a long walk. In the immediate vicinity all the necessary ATMs, shops, boutiques and shops receive cards, except for a nice kitchen where the pleasure is to prepare food, restaurants and excellent fast food are also available. The south-eastern sun is perfect on the balcony for morning coffee with views of Podstrana, the sea and Stobreč. The apartment has a parking space, and the journey to Split takes less than 10 minutes by car, while on the way out to the main road is a bus station. There is also a SmartTV in the apartment where you can bring your Netflix with you for those weird evenings. In the bedroom, it's wonderful to wake up to the eastern French window next to the bed.
