- During a longer stay, bed linen is changed every 7 days, and towels are changed more often if necessary. - Daily rent, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes and accessories, consumption of water, electricity and gas, air conditioning, wireless internet and parking space are included in the price of the arrangement. - Advance payment is 30% of the total price of the arrangement. Advance payment is made by depositing money into a bank account. The balance up to the full price of the agreed arrangement is paid upon arrival.
