The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea, and everything you need during your vacation (shops, restaurants, bus station...) is a maximum of 5-10 minutes' walk from the app. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV set, jacuzzi, parking, washing machine, dishwasher...) are at your disposal. Start the day on the terrace with your first morning coffee enjoying the blue sea and wait for the sunset enjoying the smell of barbecue and a glass of wine. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy a walk along the river Žrnovnica, a trip to the upper Podstrana from which there is an indescribable view, a tour of the city of Split, Omiš and other destinations. This year we were here for the third time. This alone proves that this place is unique! As are the people who run it! Ivana, as well as her brother Mario. The best in the world when it comes to preparing fish on the grill!! The place is spotlessly clean. Bedding changed at every request!! Cleanliness is the basis for these people. From the first stay in this place, my wife and I fell in love with it and knew we would come back here A great base for sightseeing in the surrounding areas, Trogir, Split, Omiš, etc. Two steps to the sea. Luxurious large clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is fully equipped. There is air conditioning in every room. It has two terraces. One is internal and the other is external. Each apartment has a grill and Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sunbeds. All apartments have a sea view. The roof terrace has the most beautiful view. The beach is close to 2 min. by foot. There are several restaurants nearby on the beach. In the immediate vicinity there are groceries, a pharmacy, a bakery... The hosts Ivan and Mário are kind, caring and very hospitable. They can withstand even the blue ones from the sky. We are still in touch. We have been here 5 times. We were here for the first time in 2018 and we are happy to come back. We feel at home here

Beautiful clean apartment, fully equipped, with a terrace, barbecue and a wonderful view of the sea. On the roof - another terrace, there is an even more beautiful view of the sea with deckchairs, chairs, a grill and a jacuzzi. The sea is just a few steps from the apartment, beautiful turquoise. The beach is gravel, but you can also find white sand and shells in the sea. Home Ivanka is very kind, warm-hearted, always willing. I recommend it to both small and large families. We are satisfied, we will definitely come back sometime.

Very great apartment. Clean, tidy, the beach is a 2-minute walk away, where there is a calm little beach (small pebble, slowly deepening) and of course the view is beautiful. Ivana is extremely direct, helpful, kind and it shows that she really welcomes the guests from the bottom of her heart. It is located in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants and coastal vendors, ice cream parlors, and 2 larger beaches can be reached within a few minutes' walk. We felt simply fantastic, we will definitely come back! I strongly recommend it to everyone, we were with 2 small children.

We just returned from Podstrana. We stayed in apartment 8+2. It's an apartment neat, clean, beautiful, super equipped. 3 rooms, each with a bathroom, a large kitchen equipped with everything you need. A large terrace with a barbecue and a jacuzzi, which the children especially enjoyed. The beach is literally a few steps away. The owner, Ivana, is very nice and helpful for whatever you need, as is her brother Mario. Finally, I leave the adorable little Ivona, daughter of the owner Ivana, who is a beautiful girl, our children adored her and she certainly brightened up their summer vacation.

We just got back. We rented A 7 + 2. It was great. Each room has a bathroom, TV and air conditioning. Large kitchen well equipped. Modern, clean, well-kept apartment. Nothing more nothing less. Large terrace overlooking the sea. Jacuzzi available. 70 steps to the beach… Close to the shop, bakery, restaurant. The owner - a wonderful person. I recommend!

Wonderful clean accommodation with a great hostess. The hostess is very helpful, and although she communicates in Croatian, she always tries to explain everything clearly. Accommodation beautiful, looks better than in the photos. We had an apartment 7 + 2, each room had its own bathroom. equipment with shower. On the terrace grill, trampoline and swings for children. Luxury accommodation, to which we will certainly return. A short walk from the sea ...

My family and I spent a wonderful 7 days in Podstrana. Our accommodation was perfect! Everything was as the owner described to us, even nicer than on this page ... sea view, a few steps to the beach which is great for families with small children! The beach is great, there was no crowd. Apartments clean and new furniture. We had 3 rooms and each room has its own bathroom ... 5 air conditioners, 5 TVs ... barbecue, huge terrace and jacuzzi ... in addition to the terrace there is a huge balcony overlooking the sea. Car parking is also there. Truly apartments have everything you need, even more than that. The owner is an extremely kind and dear person and you will not go wrong if you book accommodation and spend your vacation in these apartments and beautiful Podstrana! The team from Varaždin
